Where Our Coffee Comes From
The coffee that is sold in Progreso may change from time to time (it's a natural product, and changes throughout the year and from year to year).

La Central
Central de Cooperativas Cafetaleras de Honduras was founded in November 1997. It is a national network of coffee producing co-operatives throughout 10 departments of Honduras. La Central supports rural development by giving access to direct coffee marketing and resources to improve coffee communities.

Oromia
Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union was established in June 1999 in Ethiopia, the land of origin for Arabica coffee. The Union has 35 cooperatives and about 23,000 members, supporting about 100,000 families.

PPKGO
PPKGO is the Gayo Organic Coffee Farmers Association based in Aceh, Northern Sumatra.

At the moment PPKGO is not a member of Progreso. This is being worked on, but the Boxing Day tsunami has led to some delays.
